JAMM Country Line Dancing is an association of line dance instructors and enthusiasts connecting the 509 and 208 to the world of dance. We are members of the Square and Folk Dance Federation of Washington.
Our instructors hold classes at various locations in the Spokane-Coeur d' Alene area. We are working to develop a common core of dances and welcome everyone to our monthly social dance party called JAMM LineUp held the third Saturday of each month at the Western Dance Center.
Judy teaches free classes at the Spokane Valley Senior Center from 1:30-3:30pm on Mondays (beginner) and Fridays (Improver/Intermediate).
On Tuesdays and Fridays Mary facilitates a dance review class from 11a -1 pm at the Western Dance Center at Sullivan Park in Spokane Valley. Cost is $5.
Annmarie leads the Thursday evening North Spokane Dance Center class from 6:30-8:30 pm; doors open at 5:30pm for practice. Cost is $5.
The costs cover hall rentals and other expenses. The teachers/leaders donate their time and receive no pay. The purpose of these classes is to encourage people to remain fit and active in a fun social setting.
